This is our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant that we have ever gone to. This is definitely Sacramento's best secret. We've been coming here for over 18 years and they just renovated. The renovation looks great. The food is always on point. For the price we paid we have leftovers for the next day. The chow mein noodles are absolutely delicious, we love having their lemon chicken. Just everything here is so delicious! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Silver Garden is my new favorite quick lunch when I visit the Sacramento area. Mongolian BBQ is a must! A friendly greeting from the staff at entry and we place our order for the one-bowl Mongolian lunch. We were asked if steamed or fried rice and our beverage request, then shown our seat. A comfortable booth with a big window where we could see our car. The line was short at the Mongolian station. All customers are provided disposable gloves to use while you engage the stations. A wonderful feature to help ensure food safety. The selection and quantity of the frozen meats was nice. Pork, beef, white and dark chicken. Assorted veggies and all looked so fresh. Plenty of sauces to build your perfect blend. The chef's are the best I've encountered at a Mongolian bbq. My second time here, the chef looked at me and said 'welcome back' with what I would assume a smile (he had a mask on). My food was promptly placed on a freshly cleaned grill and my food starts to cook. With care, the chef works the mix of noodles, veggies, and meat around the grill ensuring everything cooks evenly and completely. He adds just enough water to mix but not dilute the flavor I created. Into the bowl and off to my seat I go. My soda, soup, steamed rice, egg rolls, wontons and cheese puffs are waiting for me, hot and delicious. During my meal, my soda is never empty. The staff keeps a watchful eye on their customer tables. My only concern is the area outside which is in decline due to California politics. Upon entering the parking lot with a liquor store, you pass a growing homeless encampment nearby. I appreciate the large windows to watch my car because I travel with dogs and need to keep an eye on them. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to trying their prepared dishes in the future.

I cant believe I've been in Sacramento FOREVER & this is only my 1st time here! Restaurant was clean, service was great, drinks stayed refilled, portions are HUGE & FILLING.. No complaints Cant speak for the Mongolian BBQ, as I didn't order it - but there was a pretty long line of people that did! Would return! HAVE returned!

The food here is good, they give you so much I can never eat it all in one setting, and that's good cuz I can eat the rest later one, I've only had a few dishes but they both have been good orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp is really good as well, the only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because they always out to much juice in the plates and it always spills in the bag I wish they didn't put that much juice in it when I get broccoli and beef

By far the best Mongolian BBQ i've been to since my previous favorite closed... Food: 8/10 * Mongolian BBQ Protein choices of beef, 2 choices of chicken (dark meat and white meat) and pork. They had a good selection of vegetables, 9 sauces and oils. The veggies are the freshest i've seen in a Mongolian BBQ restaurant. Food was delicious. Every order comes with fried rice, soup and egg rolls. Service: 10/10 * Excellent, attentive service. All the workers are quick to greet you and offer you a drink. The chef is so friendly and prepared my food with care. The waiters make sure your drinks are always full. Ambiance: 10/10 * The restaurant is immaculately clean, spacious and well ventilated. Overall: I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I will definitely be back when in the Sacramento area. Also, I love that they have disposable gloves available for all patrons to use as they load up their bowls. That practice is very sanitary and much appreciated by a germaphobe such as myself... I finally found my favorite Mongolian BBQ in the Sacramento area...

First I got to say the parking here sucks but they make up for it with their friendly service and wonderful food! It was recently remodeled and it just looks so beautiful. I'm a huge fan of Chinese food and born and raised in Sacramento and I have to say this is the absolute best Chinese you'll find. They also have all you can eat Mongolian and that is delicious also! All the combos and the Mongolian plates come with a soup, egg roll and a crab wonton. Overall the food is amazing, the prices are fair and the portions are huge! I always recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food! Been coming here since 2018

Silver Garden Mongolian Grill. I have been coming here since 2005! This grill is so clean and so friendly. Authentic owned and operated. The Mongolian is all you can eat after 2:30 and is cheaper during lunch. The fried rice isn't a AAA teppanyaki grade but it is definitely good. Egg roll is a basic roll and the soup is as expected. The Mongolian bowl is where this meal shines. You can make as much as you want or as little as you want. If you want all veggies... do it. They have the basic proteins. Beef, pork, chicken and Lamb. Add all the sauce you want and watch the master griller handle the sticks like an 80's hair band drummer. They just remodeled the first week of August 2023. Floors, walls, kitchen, and dining room looks great!
